We do that in systematic approaches that align closely with the needs and priorities of the communities we serve. Our approach to capacity development is grounded in participatory and interactive methods, ensuring that participants are actively engaged in the learning process. Whether it's facilitating meetings, workshops, seminars, or conferences, Steps excels in creating dynamic and collaborative environments where ideas flow freely, and knowledge is shared openly. Design and facilitate capacity development workshops, through a tailored approach customizing facilitation methods and content to align with the specific goals, objectives, and preferences of clients and participants.
Ensure collaborative learning environments by creating an atmosphere of trust, openness, and mutual respect where participants feel comfortable sharing ideas, perspectives, and experiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of facilitation efforts through feedback mechanisms and incorporating lessons learned to enhance future capacity development initiatives.
Dealing with the "Memory of War" Project
Training Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) specialists and teachers on the “Memory of War” Toolkit.
Active Citizens Project
Building the capacities of Mobaderoon team on the new Active Citizens toolkit, implementing facilitators development workshops and following up with the facilitators team.
Facilitation of National Strategy for Preventing Violent Extremism
Steps was part of the national team of facilitators for the different pillars of the national strategy that was implemented over the course of one year.
Women Participating in Political Sphere and Public Concern Project
Designing and facilitating a series of workshops over the course of two years around communication skills, transformational leadership, dialogue, conflict management, transitional justice with a gender perspective, negotiation and mediation, etc.
Engaging with Adolescents
A Training and Coaching Program for Frontline Staff: Designing and delivering the facilitation of the workshop for frontline staff and partners in four countries. In addition, after that working on the adaptation of this workshop to fit online modality and delivering it remotely.
Future Together Now ll Project
Designing and facilitating the launching of the project with partner organizations, evaluation, planning of second phase, documentation of workshops and the closure of the project over the course of two years.

Drawing from our extensive experience, we understand that M&E, when executed optimally, fosters learning and facilitates the enhancement of efforts aimed at driving social change. At Steps, we advocate for and provide support in various facets of M&E, encompassing planning, monitoring, evaluation, impact assessment, and learning. Our aim is to advocate for approaches that are tailored to the specific needs and objectives of civil society organizations, empowering them to efficiently manage resources and maximize the positive impact of their work. Supporting organizations and groups in developing M&E frameworks and plans that align with their mission, goals, and activities.
Facilitate reflection processes to extract lessons learned, best practices, and areas for improvement from M&E findings.
